Naturopathic Medicine Curriculum

Licensed naturopathic doctors/physicians have attended four-year professional-level programs at accredited institutions, where they have been educated in the same basic sciences as allopathic or osteopathic physicians.
During the first two years of study, the naturopathic medical school curriculum focuses on the foundational biomedical and clinical sciences:

Gross Human Anatomy
Microbiology
Immunology
Human Pathology
Neuroscience
Pharmacology
And more…

For at least the final two years of the naturopathic medical program, students intern in clinical settings under the close supervision of licensed medical professionals.
